Dr John Brennan Memorial Run - Twentieth Anniversary Celebration

with lunch at Ratho Farm

On this Sunday club members, family, friends and prospective members are invited to attend a pipping hot roast lunch followed by dessert, tea or coffee at the Ratho Farm, Bothwell. It's 20 years since the then President of the CCCT, Andrew Charlton, proposed, and was supported unanimously, to introduce an annual memorial car run in honour of Dr John Brennan. It only seems fitting that the club returns to Dr John's home town to celebrate this occasion. Some may also know that the inaugural meeting of the CCCT was held in Bothwell back in 1987.

Club members are asked to contact Ratho (Jo on phone 03 6259 5553 or email managers@rathofarm.com) to book and pay for their luncheon in advance which is $45 per head. 

Bookings will be held open for CCCT members until Monday 7th August and then we will invite members of the French Car Club if they care to join (provided space is available). Hurry and book for this special occasion. Details of the meal and the contact for booking are as below.

Main Course: Roasted Lamb Shoulder and Roasted Pork Loin with traditional Roast vegetables, seasonal greens and homemade gravy. A bit of both on the plate unless otherwise advised. Plant based Chicken Schnitzel with vegetables and gravy as above for non meat eaters.

Dessert: Rhubarb and Apple Crumble and Tea & Coffee to be served
